Reviews help other visitors make an informed choice. This policy describes the rules that apply to posting reviews on DutchNic.com.

1. Who can post a review

Anyone who has genuinely had experience with a business can leave a review. Reviews must be based on the reviewer's own, truthful experience.

2. Not allowed

• Fake reviews or reviews posted on someone else's behalf;
• Reviews posted by the business owner about their own business;
• Reviews that have been paid for or otherwise rewarded by the business;
• Offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory content;
• Posting third parties' personal data without consent.

3. Moderation

We may review submissions before or after they become visible, and remove reviews that violate this policy or our community guidelines.

4. Responding to a review

Business owners can publicly respond to a review of their listing. We ask that this be done in a respectful and professional manner.

5. Disputing a review
