You can submit a request via our contact page. To verify your identity, we may ask for additional information. We respond within one month of receiving your request; this period may be extended by two months in complex cases, of which we will inform you.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Where data is transferred to parties outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, so that your data retains the same level of protection.

6. Retention periods

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes described in our privacy policy, or as long as required by law.

7. Automated decision-making

DutchNic.com does not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
