DutchNic.com is a platform where businesses, users, and visitors post their own content, such as business listings, reviews, and messages. This page explains how responsibility for that content is divided.

1. User-submitted content

Business listings and reviews are submitted by business owners and visitors themselves. DutchNic.com spot-checks listings but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of every piece of user-submitted information.

2. Responsibility of the poster

Anyone who posts content on DutchNic.com is personally responsible for its accuracy and represents that it does not violate the law, third-party rights, or our user agreement.

3. Role of DutchNic.com

DutchNic.com acts as an intermediary (a content host, comparable to the position of an intermediary under the Digital Services Act) and does not automatically endorse the content of listings or reviews posted by third parties.

4. Moderation and removal
