Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
DutchNic.com aims to remain a trustworthy, well-organized business directory. That is why we maintain a strict anti-spam policy for listings, reviews, and messages sent via the contact form.
1. What we consider spam
- Multiple listings for the same business at the same location;
- Listings for businesses that do not actually exist or are not active;
- Unnecessary repeated posting of the same content, links, or keywords ("keyword stuffing");
- Automated or mass-created listings or reviews (for example via bots or scripts);
- Reviews that are not based on an actual experience with the business;
- Messages via the contact form intended solely to promote products, services, or other websites outside the context of DutchNic.com.
2. Measures
We use automated checks and human review to detect spam. Listings or reviews identified as spam may be removed or modified without prior notice. In cases of repeated violations, we may temporarily or permanently block an account.
3. Reporting spam
Have you come across a listing, review, or message that you believe is spam? Report it via our contact page with the relevant URL or details. We investigate every report.
4. Filing an objection
Was your listing or review wrongly removed because it was mistaken for spam? Contact us via the contact page – we will review it again.
