The "FTC Disclosure" is U.S. regulation and does not apply to DutchNic.com. Instead, we comply with the Dutch Advertising Code and the rules of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) on transparent advertising. This page explains how we handle this.

1. Paid and sponsored content

DutchNic.com may display paid advertisements, featured listings, or sponsored content. We always make this clearly recognizable with a label such as "Advertisement" or "Featured," so visitors can easily distinguish between organic and paid content.

2. Affiliate and partner links

Some links on DutchNic.com may be affiliate or partner links, through which we may receive a commission if you make a purchase or use a service via that link. This has no effect on the price you pay and, where applicable, is clearly disclosed.
