DutchNic.com is a Dutch platform and processes personal data primarily on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – see our full privacy policy and our GDPR notice. This page is intended for visitors from outside the European Union, for example from the United States, who may be familiar with regulations such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

1. The CCPA does not directly apply

DutchNic.com focuses on the Dutch market and is not subject to U.S. state legislation such as the CCPA. Nevertheless, in practice we apply high, GDPR-compliant privacy standards to all visitors, regardless of their location.

2. What this means for you

Even as a visitor from outside the EU, we do not sell your data, we are clear about what data we collect and why, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data. See section 9 of our privacy policy for the full list of rights.
